Fire

Hebrews 12:28-29 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.

The nights are finally cooling off enough to enjoy an evening fire. There is something mesmerizing about the crackling wood and dancing of the flames. Our God is in the fire. He can not be shaken. He is in control even when things get heated. In that I find great comfort.
