Psalm 19:1-4 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.
God is everywhere. Last week we visited our daughter in Scottsdale, Arizona. We took a day trip to Sedona. As we meandered down the road, Hannah said “Mom, do you see it?” And there it was! A simple yet elegant cross set in the red rock formations. It was breathtaking. He hiked up a steep hill to discover Chapel of the Holy Cross. The chapel was small, but the views were huge. They were something from out of this world. The hand of God was evident in that place.

Hendrik is awake, alert and breathing on his own. He still struggles with sucking and swallowing. Our family refers to him as Miracle! Brooke remains in a comma. The hospital continues to regulate her meds to keep her comfortable while she rests. They have a long road ahead of them, but continue to see God working through this tragedy.
