Luke 1:13-15 Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him standing at the right side of the altar of incense. When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear. But the angel said to him: “Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to give him the name John. He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth, for he will be great in the sight of the Lord.”
MOM = the greatest title I have been given, when God blessed me with three incredible children. My favorite days are those spent with my kids!
Mother’s Day is a day filled with joy and sorrow. Beauty and brokenness.
Congratulations to those new moms celebrating their first Mother’s Day.
Hugs to those moms grieving the loss of a child, miscarriage, or infertility.
Prayers for the children who have lost their mothers this year. Today will be difficult.
No matter where you find yourself this year, know that God is with you. He hears your rejoicing and your crying. God knows each and every tear you shed.
Praise God for the mothers he has placed in your life. How will you celebrate the impact your mom has made in your life on this Mother’s Day?
