Matthew 24:36 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
Jesus is explaining to his disciples the signs to look for when the end days are near, and how difficult it will be to live through those days. But then, right in the middle of his teachings, Jesus gives us hope for difficult days in the future and those we are experiencing now in our daily lives. Even when things seem unbearable, Jesus reminds us of the gift he has given us through his word – The Bible. Take time to read it and reread it. Especially during dark days. Jesus has a way of speaking to us through the scriptures by giving us the words we need to keep moving forward during those difficult times. Spend time with Him in his Word today!
